PRODUCTS UNDER WARRANTY OR COVERED BY INSURANCE

Manufacturers Warranty

Step 1 - Present your product to our customer service staff together with your proof of purchase, usually a store receipt within a period of 12, 24 or 36 months from date of purchase.

Step 2 – We will liaise with the manufacturer to repair your product under the terms of the manufacturer’s warranty.

Step 3 – We will contact you once the repair is completed to our high standards and the product returned to you in a timely manner. Please be aware that delays can occur, this is usually due to parts supply.

Extended Warranty

Step 1 – if your TV is out of the manufacturers warranty & you have purchased an Extended Warranty. The customer is required to lodge a warranty claim directly with the extended warranty company for authorisation to repair. You can find their contact details on your store receipt.

Step 2 – The insurance company will then contact us once the claim is approved and provide us with a claim number which authorises us to proceed with the repair.

Step 3 – We will request delivery of the product from you and undertake the repair under the terms of the extended warranty.

Step 4 - We will contact you once the repair is completed to our high standards and the product returned to you in a timely manner. Please be aware that delays can occur, this is usually due to parts supply.

Home Contents Insurance

Step 1 – Present your product to our customer service staff together with an accurate description of the fault. At this time we will also require payment of our quote fee of $66.00, $99.00 or $132.00 for televisions dependant on size & make ie Plasma, CRT, LCD etc

Step 2 - One of our qualified technicians will inspect the product and diagnose the fault. We will then prepare a written quote for the repair itemising the cost of parts and labour for your consideration.

Step 3 – We will then provide you with the opportunity to consider our quotation.

If you decide to proceed with the repair, we will order the parts and undertake the repair in a timely manner. The quote fee paid will be deducted from the total cost of the repair and the balance will be payable on completion.

If however, you decide not to proceed with the repair, we will return the product back to you. The quote fee will not be refunded as it represents our cost of diagnosing the fault and providing you with a written quote for your consideration.

Step 4 - We will contact you once the repair is completed to our high standards. At this time we will require payment of the balance of our quote and the repaired product will be returned to you.

Step 5 – You will then need to lodge a claim with your contents insurer for the cost of the repair.
